
Rules and conditions
Access to the Campsite
It is reserved for campers only; any other person must request permission to enter at Reception. Management reserves the right of admission. The client must prove both his identity and that of his companions with the current official documentation. The holder of the invoice will be responsible for the acts attributable to him, his companions and pets. Entry will not be allowed to those who are debtors to the Company for services previously provided and whose amounts have not been paid at the time.
Registration
On arrival, the client will register at Reception and must expressly mention the concepts subject to payment that he introduces at the Campsite. Any variation of these must be communicated at Reception, with the presentation of the entry slip. If this is not done, the eventual cancellation of any concept will not be taken into account and the increases will be charged to the total of the stay.
Visits
People from outside the campsite who intend to visit family or friends must leave their vehicle in the outside car park and go to Reception to pay the corresponding invoice. If a family receives visitors who have not previously registered, they will be committing a serious offence and will be asked to leave the campsite.
Arrivals
The arrival time at the campsite is from 9am to 10pm.
Accommodations
The campsite Reception will assign accommodation to the client upon arrival. The client may request a change of accommodation at Reception. Under no circumstances will the client occupy or reserve any accommodation without the knowledge of Reception. The number of people admitted may not exceed those contracted and may never exceed the maximum capacity of each accommodation (including children and babies).
Vehicles
Vehicles must be parked within the plot; if there is not enough space on said plot, they must be parked in the parking spaces provided outside the camping area. In no case is it permitted to park vehicles in the common areas. It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles on plots, bungalows, toilets, etc. The electrical sockets in these facilities are not suitable for charging electric or hybrid vehicles, which may cause damage to the vehicle itself and to the campsite’s electrical network. The owner of the vehicle will be fully and exclusively responsible for all damage caused. If necessary, and after prior notification to Management, charging may only be carried out in the area provided for this purpose and the rate will be paid according to consumption.
Electrical supply
The Client will have a cable with a moisture-proof sleeve (1,000 V) and an earth plug. The Client will connect to the electrical socket assigned to them by Management. Under no circumstances may the Client exceed the maximum power granted, so the connection of electrical appliances that together exceed the contracted power is strictly prohibited, as is the manipulation of the installation for this purpose.
The electricity supply contract includes a maximum connection of 5 A j. In the event of exceeding this consumption, the excess Kwh must be paid according to the establishment’s current tariff.
Quiet hours
Rest hours will be from 12 noon to 7 am. During these hours, the Client will not make noise or shout and will adjust the volume of the sound and lighting devices so as not to cause disturbance to the neighbours.
The circulation of vehicles during these hours will be prohibited except in case of emergency.
During the rest of the day, the Client must maintain an adequate volume of the sound devices so as not to cause disturbance to the neighbours, as well as respect the prohibition of using audio and/or playback equipment in the common area
of the toilets.
Barbecues
The use on the same plot is tolerated, as long as they are with coal or gas and never with wood, as long as the weather conditions allow it and the campers are not disturbed. A bucket of water must always be kept next to the lit barbecue. Open fires or fires on the ground of the campsite are strictly prohibited.
Insurance
The management declines all liability in the event of theft, accident
or damage to persons and property caused by third parties outside the establishment. Nor is it liable for damage caused by storms, hail,
fires or other causes of force majeure. Clients must take out liability insurance for any damage that may be caused to their caravans or camping equipment.
Minors under 18 years of age
They will only be admitted in the company of an adult and this person will be responsible for any eventuality. Parents or companions of minors will be responsible for any damage or accidents that they may cause during their stay at the Campsite.
Dogs
The owners of animals have the obligation to look after them, avoid disturbing
the neighbours and take measures to ensure that they do not dirty the facilities. Dogs must be supervised, tied up inside the plot and during the night pets must be prevented from disturbing the neighbours’ rest. Dogs must do their droppings outside the Camping facilities and otherwise the owner is responsible for collecting them and depositing them in the containers. Dogs classified as “potentially dangerous” must always be on a leash and provided with a muzzle. Pets are prohibited from entering common areas such as toilets, swimming pools, bars and restaurants, etc.
Vehicle circulation
The maximum speed allowed in the Camping is 10km/h. Circulation is prohibited between 24:00 and 07:00. Clients who arrive or decide to leave between these hours must leave their vehicle in the outdoor parking lot of the Camping.
Bicycles, scooters and other vehicles
Their use in sports or dangerous competitions is prohibited. As is their circulation after the street lights are turned on for safety reasons. The use for any reason of vehicles with a gasoline engine without documentation and insurance, such as mini motorcycles, quads and other similar vehicles, is prohibited.
Swimming pools
Children under 12 years of age may not use the swimming pools without being accompanied by an adult who assumes full responsibility. Appropriate behaviour is required at all times. It is strictly forbidden to bring pets into all swimming pools, bathe with shoes, towels, clothing in general (apart from swimsuits) and other objects that may bother other people, the use of water pistols, riding a bicycle or scooter, etc. In addition, any abrupt act that may bother other guests will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the swimming pools.
Sports and games areas
In order to avoid disturbing other campers, games or sports will be held in areas designated for this purpose.
Facilities
The Management reserves the right to change schedules during the season, as well as to close facilities and cancel activities for maintenance, weather, security, technical or organisational reasons. Any service provided by the Campsite, which is not required by current tourist regulations, is absolutely voluntary, and may therefore be suspended in whole or in part at any time.
Waste water
For reasons of hygiene and conservation of the trees and plants, it must be poured into the chemical containers provided in each block for this purpose and never onto the ground.
Fountains, sinks and washing basins
The drinking water from the fountains will be used exclusively for human consumption. The sinks will be used to wash dishes and kitchen utensils and the washing basins for washing clothes. We ask that the facilities be used properly, so that they are left in an optimal state after use.
Rubbish
This must be deposited in the selective collection containers installed at the entrance to the Campsite. It is strictly forbidden to throw hot charcoal from the barbecues into the containers. Ashes from barbecues must be disposed of in the metal bins provided for this purpose. The bins in the sink area are
exclusively for food waste. Bulky items must be taken to the nearest drop-off point.
Lost and found items
Items belonging to the customer that have been found will be kept for a maximum of 1 month. After this period, the items are considered to be outside the scope of safekeeping.
Payment of bills
Bills for stays on both plots and bungalows must be paid upon arrival at the campsite. In the event of non-payment or abandonment, the campsite management may move the camping equipment to a new location outside the camping area without the safety conditions offered at the campsite, in order to leave the plot free and clear.
Reservations
The reservation is personal and non-transferable. The reservation will be held until 24 hours from the day of arrival, the contracted arrival date. The non-appearance of the client after this time without having
Cancellation conditions
If the cancellation takes place more than 30 days before the contracted arrival date, 100% of the down payment will be refunded, deducting €7 as cancellation fees.
If the cancellation takes place within 7 days prior to the date of occupancy, the entire down payment will be lost.
Departures during the night
Clients who wish to leave the campsite before the opening time must park their vehicle in the outdoor car park before closing time and, if there is any outstanding amount, pay it in full before the day of departure.
Departures
The plots must be vacated before 13:00 and the bungalows must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure and must be left clean. In the event of any damage to the facilities or accommodation due to misuse, the amount of the damage must be paid at Reception.
Vegetation
It is forbidden to plant any kind of plant or crop on the ground of the plot. During your stay, phytosanitary and pesticide treatments may be carried out under the protection of integrated pest control, so all information will be available during your stay through reception.
Non-compliance
The Management reserves the right to ask clients who seriously infringe these regulations to leave the Campsite.
